FFCC Yuke: Falling Apart

SORRY FOR THE REPOST. After I fixed it I figured eh... its good enough, might as well put it in my gallery. Why not? I havent put anything in my gallery for a while. Been busy trying to get caught back up. MORE TO COME. Next up should be Ata's contest entry. :3

NOW FOR A RANDOM STORY THAT I THOUGHT UP WHILE DRAWING THIS WILE LISTENING TO EMO MUSIC BECAUSE I'M WEIRD.

A large creature bounded at the group, it's eyes glowing with rage. It was nearly dead, but it would not give up so easily. With its sudden lunge, it readied itself and blasted a powerful beam that filled the room with a blinding shock-wave of light. Everyone from the caravan thought they were done for... that is, until they all opened there eyes and found nothing was left. The monster had seemed to destroy itself in its final fury. The group leader sighed with relief, as it was a tough and seemingly hopeless battle. He asked if everyone was okay before grabbing the chalice and moved wearily to collect the myrrh. Only then did everyone realize what had happened.

The monster hadn't missed. A young girl of the group let out a shriek and everyone turned to see what was going on. There, the girl stood over another of the group: their female Yuke companion, crumbled on the floor. Her eye that could be seen was glowing hot as she held her arm... she was using any magic she had left to keep herself stable, but it wasn't working. Her helmet was nearly shattered, and the other parts of armor that kept her together were crumbling. The arm she was holding seemed to have partially disappeared. Her soul was completely exposed at this point, seeping out from her 'body'.

A faint echo that seemed to come from no specific point was identified by the caravaners as her voice.

"help....."
